Description

Well established framing company looking to add new crew members to an already active crew. We build several high end custom homes every year and are looking to add to our team. Experience with framing and carpentry is definitely needed, but most importantly is a good attitude with a desire to work hard and put out a good product that aligns with our companies values. Must have own personal hand tools/bags, be drug free, and have personal transportation. Most work is in the North Kitsap/Bainbridge Island area, but can he elsewhere when required. Pay is based on experience but we pay highly competitive wages compared to alot of other companies in the area. You will make what you are worth without question. Willing to determine and discuss on an individual basis. We are very fair. Must be ready to start immediately. Work is continuous and ready to go. We are a small company but we do great work and have a great work atmosphere that needs to be upheld with whoever joins. We look forward to building with you!

The Superintendent provides leadership and serves as the liaison between project team members to promote the interest of both the business and clients in all matters, as well as demonstrate the characteristics of a mid-level leader. Superintendent communicate project priorities to site staff and all subcontractors, serving as the primary leader on site for the construction project.
