Position Overview: As a Rolling Door Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing project requirements, preparing detailed cost estimates, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure the successful completion of repairs or installations. This role demands technical knowledge of rolling doors, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Required Skills and Experience • 7+ years’ experience in Residential or Commercial Building. • 7+ years’ experience in construction Cost Estimating of projects of various sizes, from $250,000 to over $10,000,000. • Ability to quickly read and understand blueprints/plans. • Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft office. Strong Excel knowledge is required and AutoCAD is a must. • Ability to work with a high volume of work within tight deadlines and thrive under pressure. • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. • Attention to detail. • Consistently meets deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with new and current clients.
