Leslie & Associates, the largest property management company in Western North Carolina, is looking for skilled and dependable general maintenance technicians to join our team. We have been serving Asheville and the surrounding area for 40+ years, managing over 1,500 residential and commercial properties. This is a great opportunity to work with a family run well-established, reputable company in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Perform general repair work, troubleshooting, and basic construction tasks Respond to maintenance requests across multiple properties (residential & commercial) Work independently and communicate effectively with tenants, owners, and office staff Maintain a professional appearance and represent our company well in the field Requirements: Proven experience in repair work, general maintenance, or construction Reliable transportation Liability and workers compensation insurance (Required. Ok if you do not currently possess, but will need it) Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Good communication skills and attention to detail Compensation: $30/hour Consistent full-time work (40+ hours per week) available year-round.
