Duties Place stickers onto cartons Form cartons and cases Fill tubes with cups Fill cartons with cups from the tubes Place cartons on a conveyor Close cartons and place anti sticker Operate a manual tape machine Place cases onto a pallet Manual shrink wrap pallets Use pallet jack to move pallets into place Housekeeping, keeping area clean and neat. Requirements Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus. Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment. Good physical stamina, capable of lifting heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of picking, packing, and shipping processes within a distribution center environment is advantageous. The primary role of this position is to operate the garbanzo cleaning facility. Cleaning months are typically September-April, with operation intermittent at times depending on markets and product availability. When there is not cleaning work to be done, there is work on the farm side of things. Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required, looking for someone who is not afraid of hard work.
