General Labor & Construction Crew Member (Ridgefield)

We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our growing construction team! This position involves a variety of outdoor work, including general labor, siding installation, landscaping, and other construction-related tasks. Responsibilities:     •    Assist with siding installation, demolition, landscaping, and clean-up     •    Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment     •    Prepare job sites and ensure they remain organized and safe     •    Support lead installers and crew leaders with daily tasks     •    Follow safety guidelines and company procedures Requirements:     •    Prior experience in construction, siding, or landscaping preferred (we can train the right person)     •    Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions     •    Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license     •    Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail Benefits: * Competitive pay (based on experience) * Consistent full-time hours + plenty of overtime if desired * 1 week of paid vacation after 1 year * Paid sick time * Performance bonus at the end of each year. * Opportunity to work on a variety of projects * Supportive team environment To Apply: Please call/text or email your resume
