Mill or Lathe Machinist FedTech Inc., a manufacturing job shop, has an immediate opening for a Laser Cutting Machine Operator. Accurately and efficiently performs cutting jobs by understanding the part drawing, or job instructions, cutting the parts and performing inspections. independently executes all setups and has a complete understanding of the machine control and can perform basic programming. . Prior work experience with forklift operation and knowledge of manufacturing materials is a plus. Lifting of 50+ lbs and pre-employment drug screen required. Responsibilities •Candidates must be able to perform setups on Mills or Lathes •Read and understand blue prints. •Measure parts •Attention to detail •Keep work area clean and organized •Have the ability to multitask and help other team members •Support the company's strategic plan by adhering to quality management.
