Valet Parking Attendants/ Front Desk (Aventura/ Sunny Isles)

The Garage is looking for a receptionist. This is a part-time/full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with a salary range of $16-18/hr, that requires a mix of front-desk responsibilities and administrative support. The Garage offers major medical insurance and paid vacation. Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls and emails. Assist with administrative tasks, including invoice entry and document management. Greet and assist customers professionally. Organize and maintain office files and supplies. Support the team with light duties as needed. Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) for daily tasks. Requirements: Valid New Mexico Driver's License Basic computer proficiency Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. PacifiCap Property Management has an immediate opening and is seeking a customer service minded individual to be our Assistant Property Manager. This person will have in depth Project Based Section 8 experience, as well as Section 42 Tax Credit, leasing, and property management. This position will ‘assist’ the Site Manager in managing our apartment community complex in Albuquerque, NM.
