Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities Full P&L responsibility Oversee guest services and resolve issues ensure and maintain a high quality of ingredients and food preparation at all times Train, manage and coach all Sweetfam personnel in Front of the House and Back of the House activities Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations Qualifications: At least 2 years Store Management experience in food service.
