Role: Assistant Community Manager Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday (Thursday/Friday Off) based on property needs The Assistant Manager will assist the Property Manager in maintaining the physical asset, providing a quality living environment for residents and establishing a positive, productive working relationship with the property team. Monitoring and directing rental activity, all direct on- site marketing, and maintaining an on-going, in-depth knowledge of the associated market. Qualifications: • Have at least 1 year of previous experience in property management • Are team player, able to multi-task, and handle uncomfortable conversations • Strong organizational and communication skills • Are punctual with a great attendance record • Experience with computers, internet and Microsoft office software. Yardi and On-Site experience is a plus • May be required to fill in at sister properties.
