Skills/Experience Required: * Knowledge of HVLP spray guns * Experience working in industrial paint shop a plus * Ability to lift at least 50 lbs, bend, stoop, reach, and stand while spraying for an extended period of time * Ability to work proactively, independently and in an environment with others * Good personal and communication skills * Must take pride in work * Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime, as necessary Certified sprayer is desired but NOT mandatory. Qualifications: • Proven experience in graphics production and vinyl installation, particularly for large-format applications. • Familiarity with window, wall, and environmental graphic installation techniques. • Strong working knowledge of: o CorelDraw o Flexi Design (FlexiSign) o Adobe Illustrator • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
