We are a facility maintenance company seeking experienced handymen that are looking to supplement their current income with extra work. Work can be scheduled around your existing work. Most of the work is relatively easy, jobs take about 2-4 hours and are at retail stores, restaurants, and medical offices, though there are opportunities for larger jobs for those that have helpers or crews. You are required to be licensed in appropriate trades and insured. COMPETITIVE PAY Custom Cabinetry & Millwork shop looking for someone to run the CNC. Will be responsible for: • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and creating code • Monitoring the feed and speed of machine during the machining process • Detecting and diagnosing machine malfunctions and making necessary adjustments or repairs • Conducting and recording maintenance on the machine(s) • Performing all tasks in a safe and responsible manner The shop is ever changing and responsibilities will change as company grows. We’re looking for an Equipment Operator experienced running wheeled and track equipment (Loader, Excavator etc). The Equipment Operator will be working with Crews on infrastructure construction/ rehabilitation projects in Water / Wastewater facilities. Responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment. The Equipment Operator must also perform daily safety checks and maintain equipment performance by checking vehicle fluid levels and adding correct fluids as necessary etc. Responsibilities: - Safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment in tight spaces and around people and other trades. - Follow all relevant local, state, and federal regulations and all company policies and procedures while operating equipment - Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of assigned equipment.
