Seeking Local Property Preservation and Maintenance Contractors (Cedar Rapids, IA and Surrounding) Genstone Field Services. is a national field servicing company, providing Property Preservation, Repair & Rehab Services, Tenant Occupied Maintenance, Turns, and Inspections for residential properties. Our recruiting team is looking to have conversations with boots-on-the-ground contractors working locally in their respective areas. Qualified vendors must have $1m each General Liability, Errors and Omissions, Workers Comp, and Auto Insurance. Property Preservation & REO Work to Include: - Securing services (lock changes/boarding) - Winterizations - Debris Removal - Lawn maintenance - Standard Prop Pres Services - Interior Cleaning Tenant Occupied / Rental Work to Include: - Plumbing - Electrical - Drywall - Painting - Roof & Gutters - Handyman Services Requirements: - Must be able to meet deadlines and be on time for appointments when applicable. - Must be able to meet tenants professionally when applicable. - Must be willing to complete Vendor Package during onboarding via PandaDoc. - Must be willing to complete reports/bids and submit photos via our website or mobile app provided.
