You will travel to multiple buildings. You must have AT LEAST 5 years, or more, experience in apartment maintenance, remodeling, plumbing or painting. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN AT REAL ESTATE INVESTEMENT / PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OFFICE We are a growing real estate investment and multi-family property management company with apartment buildings throughout the City of Los Angeles (Westside, Long Beach, San Fernando Valley).
