POSITION SUMMARY The Maintenance Technician will report to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager and will assist in all aspects of maintenance for the community. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining the residential units, grounds, amenities, building exteriors, interiors, breezeways, curbs, leasing office, trash enclosures, parking lot, and other building and common areas. This responsibility is shared between many staff members. On average each member is on-call one out of 4 weeks. We are looking for a maintenance technician to join our team. This person will perform routine maintenance on multiple properties located in King County. The technician is responsible for providing exceptional service to all residents, future residents and internal team members/and vendors. This individual ensures the grounds and property hold high curb appeal; unit turns are completed correctly, cost effectively and on time; supplies are ordered, received, and inventoried and risk management assessments are completed. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting, repairing, and installing industrial dishwashers or similar machines. Mechanical aptitude is required as is the ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team while going with the flow of ever-changing tasks and schedules. EXPERIENCE: Dishmachine experience is preferred, but candidates with comparable skills from other industries can make great candidates.
