Job Summary As a Patient Care Coordinator at Blissfusion Redding, you will be the heart of our client experience, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between clients, healthcare providers, and our wellness team. You will manage client appointments, provide exceptional customer service, and support the administrative needs of our infusion therapy practice. Key Responsibilities • Client Interaction: Greet clients warmly, answer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, and educate them about infusion therapies and wellness services. • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage client appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely follow-ups using our electronic health record (EHR) system. • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate client records, process payments, verify insurance information (if applicable), and manage billing inquiries with confidentiality. • Care Coordination: Liaise between clients, healthcare providers, and our wellness team to ensure treatment plans are communicated effectively and client needs are met. • Office Management: Order and track medical and office supplies, maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, and assist with inventory management for infusion products. • Client Education: Provide information about Blissfusion’s services, including IV vitamin therapies, to enhance client understanding and satisfaction. • Compliance: Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of all client information. Qualifications • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related field preferred. • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting. Experience with EHR systems is a plus. • Skills: • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Mac/Apple systems. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. • Attributes: • Empathetic, positive, and client-focused attitude. • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team. • Interest in wellness, holistic health, or infusion therapies is a plus.
