In this role you will  serve as the primary liaison between hospital system clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, efficient project execution, and strong client partnerships. This role manages client implementations, ongoing support, and quarterly business reviews while driving operational excellence through documentation, reporting, and process improvement. With a focus on healthcare client success, this individual will balance strategic relationship management with hands-on project delivery. This is a West Coast based (U.S. Pacific Time Zone) fully remote position.
