WEEKEND CAREGIVER NEEDED - LONGTERM (NORTH HIGHLANDS)

I am recovering from paralysis, and I live in the North Highlands area. I urgently and immediately need to fill the following position: SCHEDULE: Every Saturday & Sunday from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. *EXTRA hours may be offered based upon your reliability and performance. The position is a LONGTERM assignment, with at least a 1 year minimum commitment. The salary is $18.65/hr. It is paid by WPCS, which is a program linked to IHSS. *You MUST register with IHSS first, before you can become eligible to register with the WPCS program. There are NO additional registration fees to become a WPCS provider. *To become an IHSS provider, you MUST be able to pass a DOJ background check. It is an out-of-pocket expense. ***NOTE: YOU CAN EARN $50 CASH BONUS MONTHLY FOR PERFECT ATTENDANCE! ***NOTE: Providers are scheduled to receive incremental raises reaching $19.75 by January 2027, coupled with corresponding overtime rate adjustments. JOB DUTIES: I need assistance with performing all of the basic, simple functions of everyday living (ADL's) - transfers, bathing, dressing, grooming, bladder/bowel care, cooking, cleaning, laundry, exercises, medication administration, diabetic glucose testing, driving to appointments and running errands. ►NOTE: I can bear some weight on my legs, which means that I am not a total lift. However, the potential caregiver must be a strong, confident lifter! JOB REQUIREMENTS: ►18 years or older. ►CNA, HHA or experienced caregiver.
