We are hiring for Production Operator in Oceanside and Vista rea. This positions starts next week so we are looking for qualified candidates ASAP. Shift Available: Wednesday - Sunday 2nd shift: 1::00pm-9:30pm 3rd shift: 9:00pm-5:30am Must work overtime and 6 days a week Job Duties: Loading and unloading machines Loading empty bottles on the bottling line Pre-building boxes for finished products Loading the caps into cap hopper Brining the fiber/packaging materials to the production lines General labor related to the bottling process. General labor related to shipping/pack-out/receiving/inventory, etc. Building pallets, lifting, moving/stacking cases up to 50 lbs. Other duties as requested. Adhere to SOP, SSOP, GMP, and HACCP guidelines when in the plant. Regular and reliable attendance. Qualifications and Skills Needed: Must have 1 year of production or manufacturing experience Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consecutively Must be able to work 6 days weeks and overtime during the week Must be able to work in a fast pace environment Must be able to speak, read and understand English Work Environment: The environment may be wet or dry, and temperatures as low as 35F. "similar to Costco cold room" The position requires work in a wet refrigerated manufacturing facility with temperatures below 40°F. Additionally, tasks may occasionally be performed in a dry warehouse environment with temperatures reaching up to 85°F and/or occasional exposure to freezer warehouse conditions at –10°F. Work areas may be tight and will require continuous exposure to noisy environments exceeding 85 dBA. Strict adherence to safety protocols is mandatory, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, ear protection, and steel-toed shoes. The role demands the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and safely.
