Compensation: $18–$21/hr (Depending on experience) Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-time) We are a busy trade printing and production facility, located in West Sacramento, seeking a dependable, hands-on Warehouse / Driver to support our production, shipping, and warehouse operations. This person will play a crucial role in keeping materials moving, maintaining order in the warehouse, and stepping in when it’s needed — meaning you’ll need to be flexible, proactive, and ready to wear multiple hats. Key Responsibilities: - Drive company vehicle and perform deliveries or pickups when required. - Load and unload shipments, palletize printed products, move materials to press and bindery areas, and maintain organized inventory flow. - Handle warehouse utility tasks: cleaning and upkeep of warehouse space, disposal of ink waste, movement of pallets and skids, maintaining safe and efficient work zones. - Inspect, maintain, and report on warehouse equipment and facility maintenance needs (forklifts, pallet jacks, dock doors, lighting, etc.). - Collaborate with production, shipping, prepress and warehouse teams to support production schedules and material requirements. - Monitor inventory of key supplies, notify management of low-stock or reorder needs. - Follow safety protocols at all times, ensure waste is handled properly, and keep the warehouse environment clean and hazard-free. - Step in during emergencies, absenteeism or driver shortage to keep deliveries and distribution on track. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution or manufacturing environment preferred; experience driving deliveries a plus. - Basic handyman/maintenance aptitude — comfortable with general upkeep tasks, cleaning, moving heavy loads, reporting facility issues. - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. - Ability to lift 50 lbs or more, stand and move for extended periods, and operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, hand truck) safely. - Strong attention to detail, reliability, and good communication skills. - Ability to stay calm, prioritize tasks, and adapt when unexpected issues arise. - Forklift experience strongly preferred.
