We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our window and door company. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in servicing, repairing, and adjusting windows and doors, with strong problem-solving skills and a professional attitude. Responsibilities: Service, repair, and adjust windows and doors for residential and/or commercial customers. Diagnose issues such as leaks, hardware malfunctions, glass replacements, and installation errors. Perform on-site inspections and communicate findings clearly to customers and office staff. Maintain accurate service records and report job details daily. Work with the production and customer service departments to ensure timely completion of service calls. Qualifications: Experience in window and door service, installation, or general construction required. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Ability to work independently in the field and manage time efficiently. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Schedule & Compensation: Full-Time Position, Monday–Friday, Saturdays based on need. Competitive pay (DOE)
