We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented assistant to help manage and grow our businesses. This person will play a critical role in keeping operations organized, ensuring compliance, and supporting both business and personal scheduling. Responsibilities: • Business Administration • Keep business filings, licenses, and insurance fully up to date — not just reminders, but execution and tracking. • Maintain organized records, contracts, and compliance checklists. Downline override tracking etc. • Research information, vendors, and opportunities that help the business move forward. • Prepare clear reports on business activities, finances, and compliance. • Financial Tracking • Monitor income, expenses, and profitability. • Maintain and update simple financial reports or bookkeeping systems. • Assist with preparing documents for taxes, insurance, and accounting. • Scheduling & Coordination • Manage business and family calendars, appointments, and reminders. • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and partners. • Ensure meetings, events, and deadlines are not missed. • General Support/ To do tasks • Provide trusted assistance across both business and personal. • Help with connections, networking, and maintaining professional relationships. • Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure they are completed on time. Marketing and customer care assistance Requirements: • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Comfortable handling sensitive and financial information with discretion. • Basic bookkeeping / financial tracking experience. • Reliable, trustworthy, and proactive in following through. • Able to work 20-30+ hours per week. • Local / in-person.
