





$18/hr | 25-30hrs/wk | Mon–Fri (On-site) Long established art and décor importer located in the Dallas Design District seeking a reliable Office and Showroom Coordinator to help manage our showroom and office operations. What You’ll Do - Greet visitors and keep the showroom organized and presentable - Maintain inventory records and update item locations - Coordinate shipping, receiving, and order paperwork - Handle customer inquiries and phone calls - Process invoices, receipts, and payments - Manage product listings on our website and ecommerce sites like Chairish.com What We’re Looking For - Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable - Friendly and professional with customers - Comfortable using Word, Excel, and online platforms - Can reliably come to the office and work on-site daily - Can assist with moving art pieces (up to 40 lbs) as needed Pay: $18/hour | Steady weekday schedule (25-30 hrs) Location: Oak Lawn Ave & Irving Blvd – Dallas Design District Start Date: Immediate Note: Final candidates may be asked to complete a standard background check prior to hire. 📩 To apply: Reply to this posting by attaching your resume or a note about your experience.
