Strong communication skills and a composed demeanor in challenging situations. Flexibility and reliability to meet the demands of per diem assignments. Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills for accurate interpretation. Familiarity with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations. Preferred: Completion of a 60-hour Medical Interpreter Training Course from a well-regarded institution.
