Duties and Responsibilities Develop and manage C&I program design, including work plans, resource allocation, and performance strategies to achieve contractual goals and performance metrics. Monitor program progress against goals, provide accurate forecasts to internal and external stakeholders, and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Anticipate and adapt to evolving market dynamics, developing creative, data-driven solutions to emerging challenges. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, setting clear objectives, fostering accountability, and cultivating a collaborative, results-oriented culture. Conduct in-depth market and contractor participation analysis, including geographic opportunity assessments, to inform program strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, community partners, and industry stakeholders to maximize program reach and effectiveness. Partner with internal teams (IT, Marketing, Finance, HR) to create operational efficiencies and deliver seamless program execution. Serve as primary client point of contact, managing expectations, ensuring satisfaction, and proactively resolving issues. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Demonstrated success managing large-budget programs, including strategic planning, contract negotiation, and budget oversight. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and budget management tools. Commitment to sustainability and passion for creating meaningful environmental impact. Preferred skills, education, and experience Residence in Massachusetts or willingness to relocate. Bachelor’s degree in business, energy, engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 8+ years of experience in energy efficiency, clean energy, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. CEM or desire to obtain CEM. Accounting services company seeks part time senior computer programmer - developer to assist, create and manage key computer systems. They were built with MS SQL, VB6, VB.NET, Visual Studio, Office 365, Excel etc. You will be working with another sr. developer. Additionally, you should be comfortable solving complex problems with limited assistance. The hours are flexible, normally Saturday (9 to ?) and various evenings (6 to ?) or other hours you are available. Sizeable VB6 system requires constant maintenance and eventual translation to .net. Many projects representing years of programming and development are available. You must be able to help design and create "on the fly" new projects and improve old ones. New projects will not have 100% specifications at startup. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Excellent English both oral and written. Able to work in the US. 5+ years programming experience. This role spends most of the time on job sites managing and overseeing all facets of a construction project from start to finish. On the east coast, Tidal operates from West Palm Beach south to Miami and on the west coast of Florida in Tampa. The superintendent is responsible for the overall safety, schedule, quality, and management of on-site field activities for each construction project (ranging from $2M to $10M) for which they are assigned. They will assist with directing the planning, coordination and execution of work on time and within budget, while maintaining a safe workplace. The Superintendent is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our services are being delivered at the highest level to ensure that the Owner/Client is satisfied. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the onsite planning and coordination of subcontractor’s work activities for the project according to contract and guidelines, coordinates Subcontractors and Vendors to ensure adherence with project plans and adherence to quality control of all installations, coordinates permit inspections, maintains subcontractor relationships. Be able to read, understand and interpret plans and specifications as well as help develop and maintain schedules to deliver a complete project on time. Knowledge of construction sequencing and ability to create a 2-week look ahead schedule. Ensure code and legal compliance and coordinate quality inspections. Manage Shop Drawing process, material expediting process and daily cleanup. Performs daily jobsite walk, coordinates specialty inspections, and manages start-up and commissioning of equipment. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment in a professional manner. Submit Daily and Weekly status updates to Senior Management. Tracks all significant information; i.e., Tool Box Talks, Meeting Minutes, Document Transmittals, Drawing Logs, Submittal/Shop Drawing Logs, Request for Information Logs, Potential Change Order Logs, etc. Maintain all on-site documentation including contract documents and daily logs.
