$1,500 Shared photography studio space fee for Mon-Friday ($200 a Day Opt) (Southloop)

Offering a shared photography studio space use for the front 3 rooms only (See photos) Entry room, Sofa Room and Main room with infinity white wal. Monthly payment fee due in advance before the beginning of each month. There are two back locked office rooms past the main studio room that are not included. This is not a lease or rental. It gives you unlimited access during included hours. The primary Photographer is the owner and renter. This shared space only includes use for Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, for $1,500 per month for a "single photographer". You will receive a door code to access the studio during those hours. You must leave studio space by 5 PM sharp. If you have a second photographer friend that wants to join this fee it will be $2000 total. ($1000 Each Only) For amateur or new photographers looking to establish themselves. We also offer a one-day-per-week option at $200 per day (minimum of 4 days per month, paid in advance). BONUS: Single $1500 fee includes utilities, high-speed internet, and one indoor parking spot. (Additionally, you can have guests or customers park for one hour at a time in the visitor section Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM) Located in the South Loop between 90/94, Lake Shore Drive, and I-55 — a super convenient location for clients. Visitors receive one hour of free parking. The studio features a large infinity wall. Priority for use goes to the primary photographer, but when it’s not in use, you are welcome to use it for your clients. If the infinity wall is in use, multiple free backdrops are also available to ensure flexibility for your shoots.
