| We sell ONLY to retail stores all over America so our sales day begins at 7 AM and ends at 3 PM AND ONLY ON WEEK DAYS!

We’re looking for confident, coachable trainable sales closers with the instinct to connect, the skill to sell, and the desire to earn real income—fast.
You’ll be calling and speaking ONLY to "buyers" at retail stores whose job it is to purchase, ( No Dinner time calls to homeowners) and if you know how to work a pitch and close, this is your platform to shine. We will train you. We have leads too!
Dress code is Casual too!
💰$17/hour base pay – ( NO its NOT a draw)
💰 10% commission on all sales over small monthly quota.
💰 Weekly paycheck every Friday
💰 No weekends – Monday–Friday only
💰 Only On-site in Camarillo, CA (no remote)
Here is what You are Selling:
You’ll be offering OUR PATENTED unique, industrial-grade, construction-related hand tools used every day by Contractors, Plumbers, HVAC Techs, and DIY customers across the country right now to the companies that sell it to them. These are essential products—not gimmicks—and what makes them stand out is that they’re also custom logo imprinted with their company name on them with address, and phone number on the products making them marketing products for hand outs as well. That means every sale doubles as a marketing tool—our products are placed at the store's contractor counter, at the register, and also make great giveaways at trade shows, customer thank-yous, and special promotions. You should be able to sell them easily since Q4 is our best selling season.
The company started in 1989, and we already have over 25,000 loyal retail business customers who buy from us.
You’ll be given access to many of these existing businesses to call and sell from our database. These will become your exclusive customers if you sell them, and you earn full commission on reorders for as long as you work here.
We are also approved "vendors" for major well know national chains across the country, as well as wholesale buying groups that supply thousands of retail hardware stores, home centers, and lumber yards and Plumbing/HVAC and Electrical stores too!. So you will have instant credibility when you call them.
And yes—there’s no cap on commissions. The more you sell, the more you earn.💵💲 In fact there are sales bonuses for producers.
