Andover Consultants is seeking an experienced Site Civil Engineer to join our team and work on a variety of land development and permitting projects. ABOUT US: Andover Consultants is a multidisciplinary civil engineering and surveying firm with over 50 years of experience providing land engineering, permitting, master planning, and surveying services. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality engineering solutions for our clients while fostering a collaborative and flexible work environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work on residential, commercial, and institutional projects, including subdivision roadway layouts, grading and drainage, utility design, stormwater management reports, and state/local permitting Prepare site permitting plans, land development plans, and associated permitting documents and applications Design and analyze site stormwater systems; prepare technical stormwater management reports using HydroCAD to model pre- and post-development conditions Attend and present at client meetings, meetings with Town officials, and public hearings QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: BS in Civil Engineering Professional Engineering (PE) License Minimum 5 years of experience in site civil engineering Proficient in Civil3D, HydroCAD, StormCAD, Hydraflow, and related software Strong project management and communication skills; able to coordinate with team members, clients, and Town/City officials Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of critical thinking WE OFFER: Competitive salary Matching IRA retirement plan Medical insurance Paid holidays and personal time Flexible schedule (four-day work week) As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated engineers to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional engineering and surveying results.
