The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of industry standards, takes pride in their work, and maintains a clean and organized job site. We’re seeking someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoyable to work with—both for clients and our crew. Responsibilities • Install a variety of tile (ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, mosaic, etc.) according to project specifications and industry standards • Prepare surfaces (layout, waterproofing, leveling, etc.) to ensure long-lasting installations • Cut, miter, set, and grout tile with precision and attention to detail • Work with complex materials and intricate designs for high-end projects • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment • Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members • Follow project timelines and deliver high-quality work consistently Qualifications • Proven experience as a tile installer (minimum 4+ years preferred) • Strong understanding of industry standards (TCNA guidelines, waterproofing best practices, etc.) • Skilled in miters, detailed cuts, and working with complex designs and premium materials • Ability to read blueprints and follow layout plans • Own tools and reliable transportation • Professional, dependable, and respectful • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check • Strong work ethic and attention to detail What We Offer • Competitive pay (based on experience) • Consistent work with high-end residential projects • Positive work environment with a team that values quality and professionalism • Opportunities to grow with the company Pay is based on experience, $30-$45 an hour If you are not familiar with TCNA industry standards do not apply, we hold our quality to the highest standard.
