Job Description We are seeking a reliable and personable Gold Buyer / Office Associate to join our growing team. This role involves working directly with customers, evaluating precious metals, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the store. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with professionalism and courtesy Examine and test precious metals (gold, silver, platinum, etc.) for purity and authenticity (training provided) Make offers on items and confidently close sales Handle the sale of in-store gold, silver, and coin inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front office environment Perform light cleaning duties (inside office and front parking area) Complete basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, receipts, etc.) Qualifications Basic Computer Skills Strong customer service and communication skills Sales experience preferred but not required Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working with money and valuables Ability to learn precious metal testing procedures (training provided) Must be at least 18 years old Able to pass a background check Why Join Us?
