For travel medical staff: Approximately 15 minutes to Natividad and 20 minutes to Salinas Valley Memorial hospital, and 30-35 minutes to CHOMP and Watsonville hospitals. Travel time varies to Santa Cruz, usually about 1 hour. Secured parking behind locked gate for one car. Access to washer/dryer in carport $1,350/month, plus proportional share of utilities (per person) or $1600/month, which includes all utilities. Since we live on-site, we prefer someone who is quiet, mature, not a partier, and have a limited number of guests. We are quiet, mature, have few guests, and aren't partiers, either) Pets considered. Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations, sterilized, and not a barker. Dog cannot be free-roaming. Dogs require Renter's insurance, naming property owner as additional insured.
