Position: Truck Driver (Livestock Transport) We are seeking a dedicated and experienced truck driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of driving experience, particularly in livestock transportation. Proficiency in loading cattle into trailers is essential; however, if you lack this skill, we are willing to provide training for the right individual who demonstrates a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities: - Safely load and transport cattle. - Follow designated routes, typically ensuring home time every other night. - Maintain cleanliness and care for the vehicle. - Adhere to a strictly no-smoking policy within the truck. Compensation is competitive, at $0.50 per mile both loaded and unloaded, reflecting our commitment to rewarding skilled drivers. We are looking for a responsible and self-motivated individual who understands the serious nature of this work. Given the inherent risks involved in transporting livestock, we require someone who can operate independently and does not need constant supervision. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Machinist to set up and operate CNC machining centers, as well as manual lathe and milling centers. The ideal candidate will adjust tool and fixture offsets to achieve documented material tolerances, interpret work instructions and product/component drawings, and use precision measuring equipment to ensure parts meet engineering specifications. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machining centers and manual lathe and milling centers. Adjust tool and fixture offsets to achieve required material tolerances. Read and interpret work instructions and product/component drawings. Follow work order instructions and accurately record task times. Use precision measuring equipment to check parts in accordance with engineering documents. Maintain a clean and serviced work area and machines. Perform other duties as assigned. Additional Skills & Qualifications 2-5 years machining experience in moderate to high volume production environments. Experience in setting up, operating, and adjusting both manual and CNC lathe machining. Ability to inspect parts using micrometers, gage pins, thread gages, digital/analog indicators, surface plates, calipers, and other tools. Ability to read and comprehend production Bill of Materials and production orders. Team player, professional, driven to first-time accuracy, and able to work under pressure. Work Environment This position requires working the 3rd shift OR the 1st shift. The work environment includes the use of advanced CNC machining technology and requires adherence to safety and cleanliness standards. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES •           Directs production Work Order execution with prioritization from Production Manager, coordinates supporting equipment setup and line clearance operations, and team activities for equipment preventative maintenance. •           Participates in Production Planning meetings to provide Work Order execution status and scheduling updates. •           Participates hands-on in IM&A activities including work order execution, process equipment setup and shut down operations, mold/material/tooling changes, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and required quality assurance activities. •           Sustains on-going training and development of IM&A team members on all injection molding and machine automation processes, along with required quality assurance inspections to confirm production parts meet LEMO quality standards and dimensional requirements per drawings. •           Monitors processes at start up, production, and shut down to ensure the proper operation of injection molding and over-molding machines, automated pin insertion machines, and other IM&A work area process equipment. •           Collaborates with Engineering and Quality to investigate root causes of molding and secondary operation issues; helps with implementing corrective actions and process control plans. •           Provides input and participates in continuous improvement projects on cycle time reduction, process and machine up-time improvements, and scrap/waste reduction •           Follows all policies and work rules including but not limited to safety, 5S (housekeeping), Lean Manufacturing practices and quality systems •           Assists with new mold samples, verifies that process parameters are set per the process qualification documentation, collects and provides requested documentation of results. •           Other duties as assigned See job posting for more specific details and job qualifications.
