You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners—responding to inbound inquiries, qualifying opportunities, and presenting solutions ranging from diagnostics to upgrades and long-term subscription plans. You don’t need to be an electrician, but you should be comfortable discussing technical home services (solar, roofing, HVAC, electrical, or related trades). You’ll focus on quickly responding to inbound leads, building rapport with homeowners, and confidently converting service inquiries into booked jobs.
