Skilled Tape Texture and Painter needed ASAP

Diesel Mechanic Must have equipment knowledge in loaders, Sweepers, Landscape Equipment, Pressure washing systems, Snow Pushers, Plow Trucks, Spreaders, Skid Steer. • Run diagnostic tests and analyze results. • Repair or replace vehicle engines, steering mechanisms, transmissions, and braking systems. • Working knowledge of engines, transmissions, differential, A/C and suspensions. • Determine unit condition by conducting inspections & diagnostic tests, identifying deficiencies. • Able to read schematics for electrical and air systems. • Develop technical skills through training opportunities • Test equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers' specifications; make necessary adjustments if required. • Ensure the cleanliness of the shop. Must have Problem Solving Skills, Attention to Detail, Interpersonal Skills and A Good Work Ethic. DOT inspections and repairs as needed. This position is offered at $35.00 $42.00 per hour. Term : Year round employment Monday - Friday, could involve after hours call in’s or on job-site (field repairs) diagnostic, during winter months. Could involve OT. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with equipment and systems, accurately identifying problems based on customer descriptions. Perform on-site repairs, maintenance, and installations according to company standards and safety protocols. Maintain accurate and organized records of all service activities, including work orders, parts used, and hours worked. Coordinate with the service team and management to ensure timely completion of tasks and efficient scheduling. Manage and maintain a vehicle inventory of necessary parts, tools, and supplies. Adhere to all company procedures, safety regulations, and industry standards. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional and friendly communication. Qualifications and Skills : Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar technical role. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification or trade school degree preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces. Proficiency with basic computer skills and mobile technology for reporting. Compensation: 50.00 an hour after benefits.
