Experienced Construction Tech (Contract Position) (Koreatown/Larchmont/Hollywood/West Hollywood)

Looking for a contracted tech (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday) with the opportunity to become a full-time employee to assist in a large-scale remodel project and assist with several others in the general Larchmont/Hollywood/West Hollywood and surrounding area. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: General Handy Work (must have your own tools): • Drywall removal, reinstallation, patching, sanding and painting • Painting as needed • Door and window screen repairs and re-installation • Home Depot runs (you’ll have them call Property Manager for the purchase) • Key copying • General Electrical • General Plumbing • Cleaning including light fixtures, unit AC filters • Property Renovations Experience with electrical wiring is a plus The pay is $25 per hour to be paid every other Friday. Requirements: • Must be honest, reliable, trustworthy, experienced and hard-working. We will not consider anyone who does not have at least 2-3 years of the above experience. General Contractors will not be considered. • Must be resident of Los Angeles • Must have a reliable vehicle, preferably a truck or van. • Must have experience with plumbing, electrical, and drywall repairs including mudding. • Must be communicative and responsive. Property Manager will be your point of contact and text you frequently. • Must provide a resume with history of experience. RESUME REQUIRED WITH YOUR WORK HISTORY.
