Applying sealcoat using appropriate methods like squeegees or spray wands, and potentially using other tools like crack fillers. Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order. Following all safety procedures and protocols, including those related to working with asphalt and construction equipment. Loading and unloading materials, ensuring proper storage, and maintaining a clean job site. Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in operating various tools and equipment, including sealcoating equipment. Understanding the process of sealcoating and asphalt maintenance. Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Valid driver's license is required. Must be able available to work weekends Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel-Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves.
