Route Relief Driver                                                                              $23.00 - $25.00 per hour/DOE You will join our team as a full-time Route Relief Driver. You will ensure that all customer invoicing and inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, prior to each delivery day, you will review customer paperwork for special needs – identifying upsell opportunities, and how to best position our products or services to meet client’s needs.   Other responsibilities include: Loading and unloading product Organizing and securing products in your vehicle Delivering fresh product, and collecting soiled product for laundering Consistently building rapport with customers, and adding value through your delivery Monitoring and seeking feedback from customers on perceived levels of service Consulting customers on additional product options Collaborating with Route Managers, Service Managers and Key Account Managers to creating solutions for current customer needs. Divine Home Health Care is looking for Skilled Nursing (RN/LPN) and CNA care. Job would need someone experienced in caring for a complex medical needs client in their own home. Hours needed are Fri/Sat/Mon day shift, 6 am - 6 pm. Prefer skilled nursing for those hours but will use Certified Nursing Assistant as well. CNA would need to have completed both Nurse Delegation-Core and Nurse Delegation-Diabetes classes to be able to be delegated under the supervision of the RN. RN/LPN duties would include med management, wound care, trach care, other care duties, and supervision of the CNA. RN/LPN would have CNA assistance for 6 hours of the day shift. CNA positions are Fri, Sat, Mon - 7 a.m.- 1 p.m. Tuesday NOC shift - 6 p.m. - 6 a.m. and on-call for nights in general.
