Compensation & Benefits • Pay: $30–$35/hour, 40+ hours/week + yearly bonus Key Details • License Required: CDL Class A • Route Type: Local (occasional Colorado travel, including Durango) • Home Time: Daily • Freight Type: Flatbed trailer – hauling heavy equipment • Freight Handling: Touch freight – loading/unloading equipment • Schedule: 5–6 days/week, 5:00 AM–8:00 PM Compensation & Benefits • Pay: $30–$35/hour, 40+ hours/week • Performance Bonus: Paid annually • Per Diem: $250/day for Durango travel • Pay Window: Begins at yard arrival; ends after post-inspection • Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off • Referral Bonus: Available per company handbook Equipment & Technology • Truck: Brand new Kenworth T880 Tandem Axle Dump Truck (~10,000 miles) • Transmission: Manual • In-Cab Tech: TBD (inquire with dispatch) Requirements • CDL Class A License • Experience: 3+ years preferred • MVR: Clean or minimal non-driver-related infractions • Compliance: Must meet Federal DOT & CDOT physical and drug test standards • Languages: English required; Spanish bilingual a plus Responsibilities • Operate flatbed truck and safely load/unload heavy equipment (e.g., pavers, rollers, skid steers, graders) • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections with attention to detail • Perform minor truck maintenance and repairs as needed • Follow FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols • Communicate clearly with dispatch Location: Based out of our yard in Frederick, CO. Drivers report to and return home from the yard daily.
