Read and employ math skills for following recipes. • Ensure all Rainbow Room records, logs and checklists are completed and submitted on time. • Assist in managing food production, wastage, planning and food cost. • Ensure the proper storage of product, checking on portion control to maintain quality product. This role is less about running errands and more about researching different things that the founder needs help on. They are flexible on hours provided the PA honors the timeline set to have things completed. This role is 100% remote.
