ShareWe are seeking a Sewing Machine Operator (training provided if no experience) and Assembler. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, take pride in producing high-quality work, and be able to work efficiently in a team-oriented production environment. Work hours: 8:00AM--4:30PM (30 minutes lunch), Monday - Friday. Responsibilities: • Operate Juki industrial sewing machines to assemble fabric, vinyl, or other materials according to production specifications. • Perform precise stitching, hemming, binding, and seaming tasks with consistency and accuracy. • Inspect materials and finished goods for defects before and after sewing, ensuring neat and professional finishes. • Assist with fine detailed work, cleaning, assembling, and packing of finished products. • Be willing to train and operate production machinery used for finishing goods. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. • Meet daily production goals and collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. • May assist with employee training, inventory management, and workplace maintenance as needed. • Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications: • Experience operating Juki industrial sewing machines is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce consistent, high-quality work. • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed for production. • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to learn and assist with additional production-related duties.
