Associate must have experience working in repairments and troubleshooting of production machines, preferably in the food industry and be familiar with some electrical work such as wiring, short circuits . Key Responsibilities: Preventive maintenance and repair of wiring, electrical circuits, and conveyer belts. Must have general knowledge of mechanical, power tools, measuring tools Perform repairs, maintenance and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations throughout the day Comply with all safety rules and regulations Some knowledge of electrical work such as replacing wall outlets and hard wiring. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience working in machine repair Experience in food production machinery and operations Strong knowledge of computerized equipment to diagnose and resolve issues Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment. Works under general supervision exercising independent judgment within specified guidelines using precise measuring instruments, precision inspection methods to evaluate first article and existing products, inspecting received goods, approval of first piece/in-process parts for production orders, performs final inspection checks, and coordinates the calibration and maintenance of precision measuring instruments, and maintains associated logs and documentation pertaining to quality operations.

We are a busy manufacturing company in Hawthorne, seeking a QA Inspector to join our team. We are searching for someone with a minimum of three years Inspection experience and familiar with AS9100. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: 1. Perform Inprocess & Final quality inspection of finished products in accordance with established procedures. 2. Document all instances of rejected product or raw materials as material are received. 3. Resolve customer complaints or problems in regards to rejected or non-conforming product. 4. Document appropriate information for quality inspection reports for each order. 5. Must be familiar with use of calipers, micrometers and gages, height gages, comparators, etc. 6. Must be able to perform First Article Inspection Reports per AS9102. 7. Knowledge of geometrical dimensioning and tolerances is a plus. 8. Should be able to read blue prints.
