We are currently seeking an attorney with civil litigation experience for our Petaluma office to assist in our growing caseload. Once established with the firm, candidates will have the opportunity to work remotely. Job Title: Personal Injury Investigator A respected and growing law firm is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Personal Injury Investigator to join our team. This role involves fieldwork, interviewing, and gathering evidence to support accident and injury cases. Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough investigations into accidents, injuries, and liability claims. • Meet with new clients and conduct the initial intake. • Interview witnesses, clients, and other relevant parties to obtain statements. • Visit and document accident scenes; take photographs, videos, and measurements as needed. • Conduct vehicle inspections as needed • Collect and review police reports, employment records, and other relevant documentation. • Maintain organized investigative files and prepare detailed written reports for attorney review. • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to support litigation strategy.
