Individual needs to be competent and knowledgeable in framing through finish work with the ability to read blue prints. Must be able to work independently as well as direct and teach other apprentice carpenters on the job. Employee must be able to perform manual labor, be organized, have good problem-solving skills and focused attention to details. Reliable and able to work 40 hrs per week M-F. Need to have own hand tools. Reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening. We offer 100% employer paid Health Insurance for the employee. Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in general maintenance, facility services, or related field. - Working knowledge of commercial plumbing and electrical systems. - Proficient in the safe use of tools, equipment, and machinery related to maintenance tasks. Strong problem-solving ability and keen attention to detail. - Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities. - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Must pass a pre-employment drug screen. Preferred Qualifications: - Trade certifications or licenses in plumbing, electrical, or general contracting. - OSHA certification or safety training is a plus. - Prior experience in a commercial, retail, or industrial work environment.
