Your role as a Field Technician requires the successful installation of these products in both light and heavy-duty vehicles. This role is available to applicants seeking part-time work with the possibility of full-time work in the future. Work will be available 5-7 days a week. Family owned Pool business is searching for a full-time (W2 Employee position) to join our team with at least 2+ years pool and repair experience and salary is adjusted for repair knowledge (only experienced pool techs need apply). Qualifications & Skills • 5+ years of proven experience in masonry, stonework, and hardscape installation. • Mastery of masonry techniques including dry stone, mortared stone, veneer, and brick/block laying. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, grading, and drainage. • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and site plans. • Experience leading crews and mentoring less experienced workers. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to operate masonry and construction equipment. • Hoisting License preferred. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
