This position is offering a $1,000 Hiring Bonus, subject to applicable tax withholdings. $500 to be paid out after 3 months of employment and the remaining $500 after 6 months of employment. General Responsibilities - Lead & Mentor: Train the maintenance team in fostering safety, accountability and team work. - Collaborate & Solve: Oversee daily maintenance and repair of hotel systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety equipment. - Drive Excellence: Spearhead the preventative maintenance program that ensures guest satisfaction and asset protection. - Troubleshoot: Resolve system malfunctions while ensuring compliance with OSHA and local regulations. - Partnerships: Work with vendors, contractors, and inspectors to ensure quality work and regulatory compliance. - Manage: Take charge of the maintenance budget, capital projects, and vendor contracts. - Roll Up Your Sleeves: Troubleshoot issues, resolve malfunctions, and jump in and work side by side with your team to get the job done right. What We’re Looking For - Previous Hotel or related field experience preferred - A proven hands on leader who communicates clearly and builds trust with their team. - Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and life safety systems. - 3+ years of maintenance management or supervisory experience. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other standard computer programs. - Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays. Be able to communicate clearly with various field crews. Vehicle inspection each morning, as well as being sure to keep vehicle clean. Take inventory of all company items. Purchase supplies for sites and organize at office. Deliver products and supplies to various jobsites around a 50-mile perimeter of Bothell. Tow a dump trailer of flatbed equipment trailer when needed to support field operations. Qualifications • Heavy equipment experience and construction experience preferred • Experience with dump trucks, construction equipment • Able to lift up to 100lbs, bend, twist, and stand for long periods of time • Clean Driving Record required • Driver’s license, CDL class A or B a plus Schedule: Small F350 dump truck as company vehicle to deliver product to sites.
