We are looking for energetic and talented refrigeration technicians, both entry level and experienced, to join our team. We are willing to train as well! Our company deals primarily with specialty refrigerators/freezers, Ultra-low temperature freezers, and Liquid Nitrogen Storage. Refrigeration Service Technician Job Responsibilities: • Travel to client locations and perform on-site diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services. • Respond to client inquires while on-site • Complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner and submit to office • Installation of new equipment. Hours and Benefits • The position pays $26 - $36 / hour, depending on experience, and is negotiable. • Flexible work start time, Monday to Friday. • Paid time off for 2 weeks, and 1 week of sick pay, along with paid holidays. • Employer Matched Retirement plan is available. • Employee health insurance is available. Refrigeration Service Technician Qualifications / Skills: • Product knowledge, kitchen equipment is a benefit, but not required • Ability to troubleshoot independently • Brazing / electrical proficiency • Documentation skills • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Follow up on needed parts with office • Multi-tasking • Physical fitness to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and bend frequently • Managing time on service calls with patience and not rushing the job. • The ability to diagnose and solve problems based on customers' non-technical descriptions. Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: • An associate degree/high school diploma or technical certification in the industry. • 2 years’ experience is preferable but not required. • EPA license is preferred. This role is responsible for managing integrations across a large enterprise organization. This requires tactical execution, planning, coordination, and managing the successful delivery of multiple deliverables.
