Hi, I'm a working professional living in S. Williamsburg and my office is in Astoria. I run a manufacturing business working with exciting/high growth personal care and beauty brands. I'm looking for a project manager/assistant to support both personal and business related tasks. It will most likely be 75%-85% business. The job will be in person and could evolve into a hybrid role where 1-2 days a week could be remote. I'm looking for someone to start as soon as possible. I'm looking for someone who is a self starter and motivated. They are on time, organized, and take pride in their work. Below are some responsibilities. Excellent written communication and customer service skills. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently. Ability to lift and move boxes of records (up to ~40 lbs). Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, library/archival work, or similar environment is a plus. COMPENSATION $18 per hour Part time up to 30 hrs per week.
