Alcatraz Shade Shop is looking for a 32.5 hour a week employee for our workshop and repair area. Duties include receiving shipments and checking them in, filing paperwork, receiving repairs for shades and blinds, learning how to repair shades and blinds and helping customers with parts and other questions. Repair person will also answer the phone when other employees are busy. Attention to detail, punctual and self sufficient is a must. Duties also include maintaining a clean driveway and sidewalks by sweeping and using the leaf blower and weed whacker. Must speak fluent English. The position reports to the Senior Vice President, Applications and Data Analysis, and supports Department Unit Heads. Assists in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials. Attends meetings and takes notes of discussions; prepares initial drafts of minutes and summaries. Prepares documents, reports, tables, and charts, and distributes them as appropriate. Prepares, reconciles, and submits expense reports accurately and on time. Completes a variety of special projects, including creating PowerPoint presentations, special reports, and agenda materials.
