Caffe Calabria is a locally owned Cafe and Coffee Roasting concept . Our focus is on quality and service. We are looking for the perfect candidate to take a passionate role in our company vision and help us create an amazing place to work! Responsibilities: - Prepare authentic handmade Neapolitan pizza using a wood fire oven while maintaining Caffe Calabria standards. - Strive to provide the highest quality standard - Develop and follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specification as set by the restaurant - Assist in food inventory and control while properly receiving and storing delivered items - Clean food prep areas, equipment, utensils and strictly adhere to sanitation, food safety, hygiene, and other health and safety guidelines - Running food orders to tables - Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required - This is not a back of the house position- the pizza oven is in the front of the restaurant and you will be interacting with customers while preparing pizzas.
