Job Summary Our Truck Service team is comprised of nearly 3,000 highly skilled technicians and spans coast to coast. The Inventory Control Team Member assists with inventory management responsibilities including cycle counts, check in orders, processing inventory receipts and maintaining the parts room. Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and provide guidance to the returns team, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations. Develop labor plans based on projected returns volume and SLAs to ensure optimal resource/headcount allocation Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure returned items are properly inspected and processed according to company standards and client requirements. Ensure timely achievement of assigned production goals Develop and implement standardized procedures for handling returns efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with the operations team to establish streamlined processes, maximizing efficiency and reducing costs. Set clear performance objectives and provide feedback to team members on a regular basis.
