Prepare monthly financial reports. Track tenant payments and handle invoicing. Organize and maintain financial records, receipts, and invoices for property accounts. Qualifications: Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in property management or real estate. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
